Technical Updates

From time to time we will be making system upgrades. When this happens, it will be done on Sunday morning from 8 AM to 10 AM except in emergencies. If you notice that the system is down during these times, this is probably what is going on. Give us a little time and try again. If you are ever experiencing not being able to login remember to try one of our other numbers (825-4600, or 822-8825)*With all access numbers make sure the number is a local call from your location.*

In cases of emergencies, we might need to be down during normal working hours. If this happens we will leave a message on voice mail while we are fixing the problem to let you know when it will be solved. - thank you

Please note that AT&T reserves the time period from 2 am to 5 am every Monday and Thursday Morning for upgrades and maintenance. During part or all of this three-hour period, network service may be slow or interrupted. Their service otherwise is very good, however, and we appreciate their notice of this regularly scheduled downtime.

November 19, 2008, 5:00PM

We have been having some problems with our e-mail server. We are aware of the problem and working towards a resolution. We are confident the problem will be resolved soon. We will post an update here as soon as we know more.

November 12, 2008, 9:45AM

Our mail server suffered from a Denial of Service attack this morning. You may have had trouble accessing webmail from 5AM to 9AM. The issue has been addressed.



October 16, 2008, 12:00PM

We have replaced some hardware and are overhauling some parts of our e-mail server. We are aware of some users experiencing problems downloading mail with POP clients (like Outlook, Entourage, Thunderbird) and are working on a solution.



October 7th, 2008, 4:42PM

We had a problem with mail access via webmail which began last night. It has been resolved but is running slower than normal. Over the next couple of days we will be replacing some of our system hardware. We apologize for any inconveniences this hardware failure is causing. Check back here for updates.



October 6th, 2008, 6:00PM

Email is up! You should be able to get your e-mail. The server is still catching up so you may experience problems sending mail. We are still on the backup system and will be replacing some hardware in the next 48 hours.



October 6th, 2008, 2:13PM

We are implementing a temporary solution to the problem. Email access should improve in the next 3 to 4 hours. You should not have any trouble browsing the web. We will be installing new hardware to make sure this complication does not happen in the future.



October 6th, 2008, 11:00AM

We have had a hardware failure on one of our servers. We are working to balance the load on a backup system. We will be replacing the failed hardware in the next 24 to 48 hours.



October 5th, 2008

As mentioned above, we were performing system upgrades this Sunday morning from 6:30am to 9:30am. You may have experienced problems with browsing or checking your email during this time.



September 16th, 2008

At approximately 8:00am this morning we applied an emergency patch to our email server. During the installation users may have experienced authentication (password) errors. The patch was completed at approximately 9:45am.
